Our house managers are skilled professionals who offer a wide range of services, including:

Household Management: Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of household maintenance, including deep cleaning, regular tidying, managing household inventory and supplies, scheduling and supervising repairs and maintenance work, and managing contracts and payments for household services.

Childcare: Providing attentive and nurturing care for children, including supervision of play and activities, transportation to and from school and extracurricular activities, assistance with homework and learning, organizing and facilitating playdates and social interactions, and engaging in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities. Not all house managers provide childcare

Housekeeping: Performing regular housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, changing linens, and doing laundry. Live-in house managers may or may not be in charge of full housekeeping duties, depending on their other responsibilities.

Organizing: May include decluttering and organizing living spaces, implementing storage solutions, creating and maintaining organizational systems for household items, and providing guidance and support for maintaining an organized home. In some cases, this may extend to managing professional organizing services for specialized projects.

Meal Preparation: Planning weekly menus, grocery shopping, preparing and cooking meals for the family, accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences, and ensuring a balanced and nutritious diet. May also include preparing meals for special occasions and events.

Errands and Shopping: Running errands such as dry cleaning, picking up prescriptions, mailing packages, and handling returns. Grocery shopping, including creating shopping lists, purchasing groceries, and putting them away.

Personal Assistance: Providing support with personal tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars, organizing and coordinating events and travel arrangements, managing household finances and paying bills, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
